This is my second MINI from Stratstone Harrogate again the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, understanding to our personal/financial requirements with no pressure, which made the whole experience a pleasure. I have bought many cars from main dealers before but I have never heard of a dealer who lied so much and denied what they said later. We liked a car that was worth around £18,000 and we said we would buy it if a few scratches were fixed. My nephew was going to come from 220 miles for this car. We called the dealer a few times to ask if the car was ready and they said it was definitely ready. So we paid the full amount. When we were going to come and pick up the car we saw that they hadn't done anything to the car. So we gave up buying the car. If we weren't serious we wouldn't have paid £18,000 in one go. Don't believe anything this dealer says. Before you buy the car, definitely come and have a look and buy accordingly. Don't pay any money without looking at the car yourself. In short, make sure the dealer keeps the promises they made to you from the beginning.

I bought my first mini from Stratstone mini, Harrogate, about 10 years ago and I'm now on my second mini from there! The whole team there have always been really helpful and caring and always lovely to deal with. It's reassuring to know my mini is being worked on by specialist 'mini' mechanics. Would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to repair or purchase one of these fab cars!

Went in to mini unsure exactly what I was looking for. Was instantly made to feel welcome and that no question was too silly. The whole purchase from start to finish was simple and made easy. Went in on the Tuesday, by the Friday I had a new car that had been serviced, MOTd and valeted for me! Smooth sailing and no problems. I am so thrilled with my new car- the whole team were lovely. Thank you to Andy for looking after me. Will defo be returning for my next car in future. Team have been keen to check in and make sure I’m loving my new car. Thanks so much 🙂

I had a great experience taking my Mini Clubman to Stratstone Mini Harrogate recently for a service. The staff could not have been more accommodating while i waited, and even helped set up my Mini App on my phone. The technician was thorough and i received a video providing me an assurance that my Mini was in good order. I would definitely recommend this place to look after your Mini.
