I would like to thank all the staff who looked after my aunt two weeks ago. she had six days in your care and you made her comfortable and well cared for
if we were not in the room with her you made someone sit with her so she wasn't alone .you are all amazing in what you do

They are just fantastic. The nurses are so so lovely, we had a birthday party there for my sister as our mum is in the hospice and wouldn't be able to be a part of her birthday if we didn't have it there.

The nurses gave us a whole room to ourselves and they decorated it with loads of pink balloons and banners and gave her presents as well despite never having met her before! They all sang happy birthday to her and made her feel so special.

Really had an amazing experience with them.

Words actually fail me on how fantastic the staff are here.
Our relative John had a very short stay here sadly but the care he got was outstanding.
From the domestic staff volunteers nurses and doctors the compassion and caring shone through.
As a retired “old school “ highly critical nurse I was absolutely overwhelmed by the care that both John and the family were shown.
Whatever the mission statement or values or whatever corporate nonsense is applied to what the hospice aims to deliver the staff here deliver it in shed loads.I am reluctant to name people because would not want to leave anyone out but Lynn Tracey Maya Ann doctor David volunteer on reception domestic who offered us breakfast and blankets care assistants you are all AMAZING we are forever grateful for your amazing and outstanding care.
Thanks also to hospice at home team without you John would not have the confidence to go into the hospice for end of life care. You all go above and beyond what is expected of you.
Chocolate and biscuits will be delivered soon as will generous donations from family and friends from John’s funeral but you lot should be totally proud of what you do it means so much and you probably don’t even know how good you are!
