It has been three weeks since I've brought my iMac to this company...and everything they told me lived up to what they told me. My hard drive needed to be replaced. I didn't have to worry about data transfer because I had everything backed up on time machine. But they knew what the problem was when I described what was going on.

I did not want to deal with the Apple Store. So when I found a local repair shop from the Apple customer support, I called them to see if they take individuals (they do...and they told me that I didn't need to make an appointment, which Apple said would ne necessary.)

Now my iMac is running like a champ. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service and outstanding macbook hardware repair. . My MacBook Pro was got back to life. They are Apple certified and I was able to use AppleCare plus and get it fixed through this company. - great service!!!! My laptop looks brand new. Thank you!

I dealt with kim over email and she was extremely vague and rude when I was asking her questions. She told me to directly take my laptop to the apple store and not go to Advance Micro Distribution Channels because I told her I don't need my LCD replaced for $625 because it's working perfectly fine and the only thing that needed to be replaced is the Logo Baffle for a minor damage. I had to call apple and get a better apple repair place with better customer care/service.

I reached out to AMDC via e-mail from their website, and just heard back in two days with detailed response with all of my queries. I set up up a time to have my MacBook Air 2014 inspected, and within an hour of dropping off my machine, the battery was changed and replaced with an original Apple part.

5/5, highly recommend. Professional and pleasant service. Will definitely reach out in the future for my personal tech needs.

EXCELLENT!!! Never before have I bothered to write a google review, but these people are so exceptional that I had to. They are incredibly honest, technically proficient and customer service oriented. - My story is: After being told by the Apple Genius Bar that my MacBook Pro's inability to charge would require a $1,200 mother board replacement, a friend told me about this Apple authorized / certified business (They work on other brands also). They do not charge for the diagnostic procedure, and were able to fix the problem for $185!! They also offered me a loaner computer if I needed one. I can't say enough about them!

My iPhone's faceID didn't work, but they looked into it and solved the problem. They were very kind and I'm grateful. If I have any problems again, I'll get it repaired here. Thank you !!

I contacted alan and steve and explained I needed data and photos retrieved from 2 broken laptops and was especially worried that i lost my old photos. Not only did they retrieve everything i needed, steve took the time to explain and show me how it all worked. If you have any computer issues i highly recommend AMDC.

I have nothing but praise for everyone at this company—from the owner Alan, to the manager Kim, to the techs. Apple and their "customer service" has lately turned 180° from being wonderful to being absolutely awful. Alan and Kim, on the other hand, were responsive, timely, knowledgable, and supportive. They hung in there with me throughout Apple's lack of professionalism—missed deadlines with no follow-up. This is the second time I've used AMDC for my iMac and each time they've provided wonderful service. I can't recommend them enough.
