Ich habe mich während meiner Coaching Ausbildung zum Spiritual Life Coach an Tajda gewandt. Meine Intension war es blockierende Glaubenssätze zu Geld und mir selbst aufzulösen, um in die Fülle zu kommen. In den sechs 1:1 Coachings habe ich sowohl innerlich (verbundener mit meinen inneren Anteilen, mehr Selbstsicherheit, ich strahle von innen), als auch äußerlich (neben meinem Hauptberuf bereits selbstständig, einen WhatsApp und YouTube Kanal erstellt, sicherer in der Kommunikation mit fremden Menschen) so viel geshiftet. Die Arbeit mit Tajda fühlt sich durch ihre empathische, geduldige, klare und liebevolle Art sehr leicht an. Ich habe mich in jeder Session sehr wohl gefühlt und konnte dadurch meinem Ziel immer näher kommen und begleite inzwischen auch Menschen auf diesem Weg. Danke dir liebe Tajda <3

Danke Tajda für deine ruhige und einfühlsame Art, mit der du mich begleitest hast. Zu Beginn es Coachings hatte ich große Blockaden, mein Business in Bezug auf die finanzielle Seite zu entwickeln. Es war schwer für mich, angemessene Preise für meine Leistungen zu verlangen.
Du hast mir geholfen zu sehen, dass die Gründe dafür in meiner Kindheit liegen. Es war mehr als an der Zeit, diese Verstrickungen aufzulösen. So fühle ich mich nun frei und selbständig, zugleich wertvoll und kann den Wert meiner Leistungen selbst anerkennen.

Tajda is great! She helped me understand why I most probably do things the way I usually do them and how it may be better to be doing them going forward. In the beginning, we set the targeted outcome of our work together. She then guided the thinking process, used fact-related analysis in her consulting and lead the production of the action plan to get out of the current situation. She does everything with great empathy, broad and out-of-the-box thinking and is utterly inspiring. I loved working with her and definitely recommend her to anyone who feels they need help and encouragement to pivot in their life or career.

In the summer I started following Tajda, I was inspired by her content and Wanted to try her Midnsetclass. For a while now I have been stuck on the same question and could not find what is keeping me there. With the worksheet she gave me in advance I could prepare myself and think about the exact topic I want to discuss. Which gave me clarity so we did not lose time on me blabbing about it :).

In the class I felt guided to stay focused on the issue I chose, I was guided to go deep into myself and think and FEEL what is happening here. What is the underlying belief that is keeping me stuck? Tajda was great. Gentle and firm, focused, and really holding the space for my emotions. I felt heard and understood.
The action plan was good. It gave me steps I have to do to pull through this. To get unstuck. I loved it.

I would recommend working with Tajda if there are issues of you circling back to the same topic, challenges over and over again. If there are habits and ways of thinking you would like to change. I will be coming to the mindset class again, that is for sure!
